First unit had a defect somewhere in the water filter area that was causing water to pour out inside the fridge. A service person came out the same day and couldn™€™t fix it. A new fridge was sent to us about 10 days later and this one has been fine so far. The middle drawer while great for its flexibility has the downside of making the large fridge compartment a bit cramped for space. The drawers on the doors have very little space to get things in and out. This is pretty easily solvable by removing a shelf but that gives up storage space. The ™€œsnack area™€ two small drawers at the bottom of the large fridge compartment are so small that almost nothing fits in there. We are still getting used to it but over all it™€™s been fine. Not sure I™€™d go for the middle drawer again. It™€™s a pro that comes with some cons in the space department. The engineers did a good job trying to use every inch of space so it™€™s hard to fault them.

Replacement for an under 4 year old LG refrigerator

We bought this for an LG French door refrig that failed while we were away for a two week period while there was food in it. That refrig became moldy and though we tried to clean it thoroughly and repeatedly, there was mold in areas we could not clean. LG did repair the compressor under warranty but it was still not usable according to tech and to us but LG wouldn't replace the refrig so we had to buy a new one. This frigidaire, though less costly seems to be so far pretty good. Our only complaint is the amount of ice it produces, which when compared to the LG is much lower volume. Hopefully it will give us years of good service

Great features for organizing stuff in the fridge

We have had this for a month and it works just fine. The thing we like the most are the organizing features in the fridge. The middle drawer is turned out great for things like yogurt and jars of salsa. The icemaker being in the freezer makes a lot of sense. And overall, the way things are organized inside the fridge gives it more space, actual usable, space, then our previous fridge that had more cubic feet.

I think that the Engineers who designed this fridge had better go back and check the specs for typos. The height of the refrigerator not including the door hinge is not 68.1 inches. The installers could not install as I needed to have my cabinets raised over the refrigerator. Thanx a lot, Frigidaire!

Our new Frigidaire Counter-depth has completely change the flow of our kitchen, as a standard fridge stuck out into a vital passageway. While this is a great improvement, I find that I love this fridge for its versatility and organizational features, such as French doors and and the middle drawer changing from refrigerator temps to freezer temps as desired. I also find the interior drawers as easy to open and close, and I like the clear plastic compartments as they make it easy to see what's inside. Our food waste has all but disappeared and it's easy to see what you need from the grocery. This is a great product.

Things that are great: The LED lighting is perfect. It really is helpful in finding food items. There is great flexibility in how I can use the shelves in the fridge and on the doors. The freezer section is quite large even with the ice maker. I really like the controls in the door instead of on the outside and the same goes for the water dispenser, which is very easy to use. The fridge runs quietly. And last, but not least, I love the Flex drawer. The settings are easy to use and I like the fact that I can store my meat at a colder temperature.

I recently purchased this refrigerator and am so happy that I chose this brand and model. I love that the shelves, drawers, and cubbies are customizable and there are many configuration options. The drawer is very helpful to have and it is currently used for keeping drinks chilled. It's a bright and spacious interior. The outside is fingerprint resistant and looks so nice.

Functional fridge with bottom freezer and custom flex drawer that can be used as a freezer or for meat/seafoods, or cold drinks, or chilled wine just by manually adjusting the temperature panel. Elegant looking with diminishing lights after closing the both drawers. One minus is the fridge makes sound and noticeable noise during day and night that lasts a couple of seconds.

We searched for a design that didn™€™t have the water on the front but also not on the inside and take up valuable storage space. This refrigerator has it on the side door. It is amazing. Purchased this fridge to replace a GE Profile side-by-side that came to its end of life after 13 yrs. We are really happy with the overall design and the space flexible space layout of the interior. Looks really beautiful and modern. We opted for the model without the water dispenser on the front to keep a cleaner look this time, and we™€™re really pleased. At first, getting the water from the door took some getting used to, but now it™€™s not an issue and we™€™re all used to it. Also, I like getting the ice from the bottom freezer - the ice come out in these cute little cubes instead of the large slivers from the GE and I find scooping the ice much easier. Setting the temp and other features is really easy and we LOVE the flex drawer and its ability to be set to any temp we want, or use it as a freezer. There are only three of us in the house, so we put it on the meat setting and store our meats there - awesome. We™€™ve only had it for just over a month, but so far we are very happy with the performance of this Gallery fridge. It is also very quiet. Frigidaire is known for its dependability and low repair incidences, so here™€™s keeping our fingers crossed that this will last at least 15!! :-)

Love the fridge. The freezer has enough room and compartments. Like the extra drawer for drinks and frequent items so your not opening the main fridge. Way more room in top shelf in main part for tall items. Overall great experience. My only issue is that it sticks out for a counter depth probably 2™€ more than our old one. The store warned us that it wasn™€™t a ™€œskinny™€ as our old one but I was still surprised.

I bought this refrigerator primarily because of the exterior access to the middle drawer and the ice maker in the freezer. The bonus was the discrete water spout on the inside of one of the doors. There is a tone of room and lots of versatility with door bin and shelf placement options. The finger print resistant exterior is on point. The only disappointment is the ice cubes are tiny and the ice maker is very slow so I™€™ve had to continue to make ice in trays to supplement my family™€™s ice cube needs. I can live with that but a little more umph there in the next model would make this the best fridge.

I totally love my new fridge the only reason I didn™€™t give it 5 stars is there is quite a noise whoever the ice maker is working. This is a replacement because the first one was dented and the ice maker in the first one did not make this noise. Not sure if anything can be done with it yet.

Was delivered on July 10th, took 2 days to reach 40 deg. July 13 temp was 50 degs.Called for service, service tech. July 14 service tech. was out and could not find problem, was cooling to 44 deg. that day. July 21st arrived back from vacation temp was 60 deg. and food spoiled. Called for service again, service tech. will be coming out July 25th for service again.

I debated on this against buying the LG Counter Depth plus. Why I bought this: For the drawer that holds more "stuff." where the ice and water are located (NOT in the exterior of the door), and the counter depth puts everything in our face and within reach when I open the door. I hope food no longer is forgotten in the back of the fridge. Also, even though the LG has a bit more cubic footage, this still has more room than my old freezer on top model. Only downsides so far are the filter in the back of the crisper drawer will not attach. It keeps falling into the drawer.

Great design and features! Some minor notes include cosmetic QC checks, convertible shelf could be slightly more stable for heavier items, water dispenser needs its own lighting and the bottom freezer shelving doesn't accommodate a baguette loaf.

I love the sheik look of my new fridge. I bought the counter depth fridge which doesn™€™t have as much room as my old fridge but it makes me keep it organized better & everything fits nicely. A plus is all the compartments in the fridge. I didn™€™t like the water dispenser on the front door so I ordered it without but a little bonus is that I got one anyway when I open the left door, it™€™s not noticeable & out of the way, love that.

Set up was easy and my goodness this unit is beautiful and efficient. I researched so many different options and kept coming back to this one. I chose counter depth to maximize my space and will never go back to a standard refrigerator. It™€™s great that I still have the necessary space inside. I also purchased the oven and dishwasher in this series. They are all perfect so far. Thankfully I have not had any issues yet, and will update accordingly if I do,

We recently replaced our refrigerator and just love this new one. There are so many storage options. The design of this fridge seems to have opened up space we've never had before despite having almost the same capacity. We love the sled design.

This refrigerator is great so far. Plenty of room in the upper compartment especially for a counter depth unit. Of course this makes the freezer slightly in the small side. The stainless steel is good at resisting fingerprints except for in the handles, where the prints do show up. Overall nice refrigerator.

Love it. Many good features - snack drawer, separate compartment for wine, cheeses,accessibility to frozen food compartment - can put items that will be used in next few days at arms reach. This eliminates digging around for dinner.

Proven reliability at a fair price

Have replaced a 25+ cubic foot Samsung that only lasted 7 yearsWith a Frigidaire 21+ cu got rid of in door water and ice to a much simplified system of ice in freezer. Ice maker in old fridge took up lots of frig space. And could not see ice. The way Frigidaire configured this fridge gave me as much space as I had in a much bigger unit. Less floor space. Less power use. Very pleased so far and have researched product reliability and found Frigidaire has high rating among others.

Lot more room than are other one enjoy the second drawer the ability for it to be a freezer or fridge or chiller for wine we don™€™t use the water or ice maker would™€™ve liked to have the option to get one without them.
