This was the only fridge available that I could get delivered and installed the next day I would have never paid this much ordinarily but went ahead with the purchase and was I ever surprised and delighted. Craft ice maker is a huge disappointment

We bought this when our old refrigerator was irreparable. The dual ice maker was a must have. The craft ice maker was a huge selling point for us. However it is a huge disappointment and frustration. We have this thing repaired 2 times still waiting for #3. A new ice maker was installed still not working. It makes a banging like someone is using a sledgehammer it clumps in the banana doesnt make ice.

We changed LG model refrigerators because of a bad compressor. We like the LG refrigerator so purchased another one. Features on the new model we purchased need improvements. The water dispenser could used a longer dispensing tube to be seen for easy filling items. Also the space for a cup or bottle area needs to be larger to hold water bottles. Inside the bottom food tray runs the full length of the refrigerator. It should be a two piece drawer. Definitely like the ability to produce round ice balls.

I have never been so proud of a refrigerator before like this. I love the compliments I get from everyone who enter my home and right away their complimenting especially because I offer soft drinks and put the round ice in their glass. I love everything about this product. Fits perfectly its soothing to the eyes when I open it with the grey and silver inside. Everything about this refrigerator has been strategically designed. If I may say I love this design I feel like Ive had a designer come into my home. The freezer is so easy to open with the lift and pull handle inside the freezer is laid out perfectly to see and organize your food. Thank you LG

Still No Craft Ice

The Craft Ice Maker never functioned since the unit was installed. We have been in continuous contact with LG and they have not been able rectify the problem despite numerous attempts.

Not a good product or service from LG

I purchased this in July of 2021. Late September or first week in August it had an error code and was not cooling and the right hand door will not stay closed . I submitted a support request that day. It is now almost four weeks later and I have not received any support. They keep saying they cant find anyone in our area to fix it. I uploaded all of the requested documents and now have to wait five more days for a resolution. In the mean time the handle has come unfastened From the door that wont stay closed. I wonder what LG thinks I am doing without a refrigerator?????

Fantastic Refrigerator

Ive had this fridge for about a month now and love it. Its very quiet when running even when the ice maker is working. Youll find that you use the door-in-door feature a LOT more often than you think. Initially the craft ice maker takes about two days to produce ice but now we have a bucket-full of spherical ice and its rather akin to checking your chickens for new eggs lol.

Other brands let us down repeatedly. LG wowd us from day 1 Items are perfectly cold produce truly does stay fresher and lasts so much longer. The craft ice is not clear or perfectly round but they are cute. The mini ice cubes from the door dispenser are adorable Sexy looking interior. Our knock access door keeps all our bar mixers at our fingertips.

My family bought this around 2-3 months ago and so far its been fantastic at what it does best while also keeping the aesthetics Theres plenty of enough storage to fit all your wants and needs into this refrigerator. The LG ThinQ app was also very useful if you ever wanted to tinker with it giving you options to mess around with such as: temperature Ice Plus which creates more ice Sabbath mode for the religious energy savers tracker for foods and much more We did have some issues though. The bottom freezer may sometimes go out of place when you pull it out requiring you to manually fix the cogs that slide it. In addition temperatures also at times get out of control dipping below freezing points. Keep in mind these problems happened once so far and wasnt really much of a burden. Other than that this refrigerator is a much have for households giving you all that you can experience I definitely recommend this

Not what I expected

I bought the LG Studio refrigerator a month ago its been 3 weeks and 3 different technician visits. The refrigerator works as expected BUT the freezer it keeps building frost on the edge. I was told it wasnt sealing properly but there is no evidence that is the case they will replace the seal on the next visit and see how that goes. Other than that it is a very good looking appliance and the LG costumer service is top notch so are their technicians.

Love the dual ice makers and the Craft Ice maker is BALLER When Im in a hurry I can easily drop a few Craft Ice into my Hydro Flask. Done. No more hand-filling with smaller cubes or dispensing into a plastic cup. Plop and go. Given I refill or top off several times a day that feature alone saves so much time. Everybody already loves the Instaview knock-knock and the Door-In-Door features. Our LG Studio is just classy with its stunning CoolGuard dark Charcoal interior. We sold our home and had to part ways with our Samsung with the Family Hub. While I do miss the integrated grocery list it was glitchy and moody. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didnt. I would go to the store only to find I couldnt connect through the Family Hub app and would be lucky if a family member was home and could send me a pic of the list. Too unreliable. No thanks. Were proud of our new gorge fridge and will stick with an online list. Oh and how could I forget The best part is the smudge free surface. How DOES our dog get stuff on that lower freezer drawer? With the Samsung it was irritating to clean it constantly. Not with the Studio. Great job - you ROCK LG
